for a mid range big screen phone it's quite decent

especially with lte and massive battery

sigh... guys i need help.. I upgrade my lumix 640 3G to windows 10 and then I forget that I've updated it and when I rest it to factory setting it failed and it shows me ':(' sign... can anyone help me?

factory reset should still work even on Insider build of Win 10. have you tried Windows Device Recovery Tool? can it detect your phone?

sadly no.. it reset half way then it shows ':(' sign.

was the battery adequately charged before the reset?

maybe you can try hard reset again using the hardware button sequence...
