If you want better camera than 640, I'd suggest Lumia 735.

Zeiss lens, 735 better in my experience. Anyway 640 still a good device all round, some more got dual SIM.

haha, I dunno... if you're ok with current price, you should get it now while you're still young... 640 is a good device

that build only available to Lumia 650 among the 6xx series at the moment

factory reset should still work even on Insider build of Win 10. have you tried Windows Device Recovery Tool? can it detect your phone?

Those phones getting official W10M can switch to Fast Ring and will be able to get Redstone builds 14xxx in due course. There will be a wait, perhaps till the next build before it will be available as MS need to do some configuration for these extra models.

If you're not an Insider, you need to install Upgrade Advisor and run that.

anyway, I do agree Microsoft should adopt more aggressive pricing

If the contacts are saved in your Microsoft account, login to that from pc and edit each contact so that all the names are in the First Name field and the Last Name field is left blank. Then sync your phone with the updated contacts. See if that helps.
