Who cares on LTE or not? As long as it has wifi connection, it is good enough. Since I only use the phone to take sudden death photos and making calls.

640XL LTE i remember is just single sim right?

Got hands on today in Qatar.
Basically 640XL are pretty light with that size, the back cover are soft and got blue, orange, black, white to choose.
But as it is meant for Middle East, do I have problem on software support? As Cortana cannot be used.
The price is quite attractive, at 799 Qatari Riyal.
BTW, no more Nokia brand, it will be Microsoft.
