We've rethought this and decided to restrict the compulsory element of it to Garage Sales & Job Enlistments subforums for now.

But tags are still encouraged everywhere else!

There will be a phased roll-out of compulsory tags in various other sub-forums (you know who you are!) as well.

Also, in relation to heavier tag usage I've fixed a bug in the tags system. When you click on a tag (which is also a link) beside a thread, the tag filter will only be active in that page, and WILL NOT be active if you click the next page.

The behavior now is when you click on a tag beside a thread, it will save your preference and filter the forum for that tag in the future (i.e. all pages of that particular forum/subforum)
