Steam How to connect to any game server with Uni line ?

I'm at Lakeside . And I'm connected to the i-Xcess wifi all the time . Does anybody know how to connect to any game servers with i-Xcess on ? They even bloody blocked wikipedia =,=

Blocking Wikipedia is abit weird but blocking game server is a right thing cause Uni line not for playing game.

game server use custom port TCP/UDP port. TCP/UDP port blockage handled by firewall. for big uni, it must've been using entreprise firewall. if you can kawtim with firewall admin at ur uni, they will help u solve ur issue
