If you are not under any phone contract (12mth/24mth) with them it is ok to sign a new contract for the handphone...

However if you are still paying for an existing phone contract then you'll have to pay for termination fees (depending on number of months left )

Ask for info about GST, they will ask you to check the website after they update it on 1st April
