Just curious...how u all chose your units apart from the types and size?

Which facing is considered the best based on the currently available Block a & B e.g. Facilities view or facing road etc...

Block c & d are not launched yet is it because the view is better?
*
struggle to choose face facilities or outside...
in the end choose outside because the view will change...unlike facilities view...
but this is very personal la...

usually property with multiple block dont launch all together for various of reason...
pricing...market demand... layout plan may change for C & D depends on market feedback / demand...etc. etc.

btw, any view is not guarantee..today u can see klcc, tomorrow u might see another condo / hotel blocking it

but Cantara design kinda weird,
they put something like a sunblind / cage made by aluminium outside your living room big window,
so the view u can see out from your window is very limited.

this design also caused the problem that,
the house inside very little sun light & dark,
sitting in living room, u feel like sitting in a jail,
very pressure due to restricted window view,
long term wise also caused problem like the sunblind difficult to clean and maintaining the sunblind in good condition..
outside wall color faded can be paint, but the aluminium sunblind once color faded has to cabut and replace entirely a new one.

no one has this concern?

Lol... that is the aluminium grille. It can be moveable left and right. Personally for me, the grille make the unit looks more "grand" and also, for safety reasons.

If not mistaken, the aluminium grille is paint using brush spray and coated to sustain the outdoor weather. It is not difficult to maintain. In fact, you don't need to maintain it as the rain water can easily wash it clean.

I chose my unit based on outdoor view, top floor. Can see clear sky and skybridge garden in all rooms and living hall.

Oh.. if you're referring to the grille at the aircond compressor, it is fixed. The moveable grille is those L-shape outside the living and dining hall, and bedrooms.

For the price we are paying, it is good SDP put in more materials than nothing, right.... haha.

Maybe the selling price will be cheaper without the grille, but then, you will end up seeing incoherent facade design. Some owners prefer to install windows grille for safety, and some don't. It is good SDP standardise it for all.

That's good. By the way, is the lift floor access control by access card? I forgot to ask my SA about this.
