QUOTE(Babizz @ Mar 18 2015, 07:24 PM) Yes the SD map no use..I think they shy to say beside the FAIL NZX commie centre..Is it still dead? btw, if this area is confirm then 700psf might nt be cheap as mention b4.. this one mmg nt the heart of AD n this area cheaper a bit with pacific place nearby (distance btw blocks WAY too close). im really lost when it comes to AD, I only know the OASIS and Citta Mall area. How near or far is this development to the LRT then? |

SA told me they are looking to launch this May Sizes start from 650 sqft up till 1,500sqft As for price they are targetting RM700 psqft 4 towers consist of 888 units.. The way I look at, its very hi-dens... This post has been edited by tulang_ikan: Mar 20 2015, 06:01 PM |

QUOTE(CMW123 @ Mar 18 2015, 08:56 AM) NZX is more dead than dead and dont think this dead can be raised from death Boss, This part is zone 2 of AD Eve Suite current subsale price would be a better benchmark for the price psf This location is indeed nt the centre of AD.. this one consider inferior to tht side.. Do u know why NZX fail? i heard a few diff reasons |

QUOTE(Gomz1205 @ Mar 18 2015, 08:22 PM) im really lost when it comes to AD, I only know the OASIS and Citta Mall area. How near or far is this development to the LRT then? The OASIS/CITTA area is the centre n best/most premium part of AD. This one is just besdie nzx, ppr n d aman apartment nearby... I find this whole area to be very high dense n SD is adding another 880 high dense apartments to the equation Fr those interested, i wld benchmark this against pacific place ad which is struggling post vp below 600psf (near LRT with mall as well). eve suite is nearby as well... This one 500-600m to the LRT beside eve suite.. Rmbr, AD gt very high supply of highrise in the coming yrs. my2c |

Buy this Cantara in AD better or Suria Residence in BJ better? Both also with lots of high rise units coming! That is just SD though and all recent AD launches by other developers have not been cheap as well c.a. 700-750 psf so it would be interesting how Cantara stack up against those. I will definitely want to view this development once launched but I doubt the price tag would fall into my investment category. |
