1st look on Cantara Residence, I am quite impress
SA told me they are looking to launch this May
Sizes start from 650 sqft up till 1,500sqft
As for price they are targetting RM700 psqft
4 towers consist of 888 units..
The way I look at, its very hi-dens...

From what SA told me, maintenance will be at 25 - 30 cents psqft

Its part of residential..

The OASIS/CITTA area is the centre n best/most premium part of AD. This one is just besdie nzx, ppr n d aman apartment nearby...

I find this whole area to be very high dense n SD is adding another 880 high dense apartments to the equation

Fr those interested, i wld benchmark this against pacific place ad which is struggling post vp below 600psf (near LRT with mall as well). eve suite is nearby as well...

This one 500-600m to the LRT beside eve suite..

Rmbr, AD gt very high supply of highrise in the coming yrs.

Yes the whole AD area would be full of high rise developments, and looking at Sime Darby's masterplan for AD, they are not going to stop at Cantara only, they will add others as well in the future. That is just SD though and all recent AD launches by other developers have not been cheap as well c.a. 700-750 psf so it would be interesting how Cantara stack up against those.

I will definitely want to view this development once launched but I doubt the price tag would fall into my investment category.
