Should be quite soon, maybe June/July as you can see it in SDP's website now. I think SDP postponed the launching due to GST starting this month.

Nt necessary bro, some of their props are not so premium in pricing, for example MP, psft around 485 only during launching last year, now almost impossible to find such pricing in KV from Top 10 developers

SDP's next launch should be Suave, Cantara got to wait in the Q but should be next year as well.

Yes correct bro, but not sure whether Cantara's prices will be more premium than the others or not, got to wait & see - maybe it will come with kitchen cabinets, hob & hood + free maintenance fees for 1 year to attract buyers due to soft market.

They are a cash rich conglomerate, so no problem if the projects are selling slow. They are known to be kiam siap in giving rebates, so u dont see them giving 10%-20% rebates, the most also around 2%-3% excluding the Prime rebates. shakehead.gif
