flywheel oilseal leaking is common for oil leaks. Some cars have it more prevalent and some never leaks.

So when you get it, it will be a pain to get it replaced because you need to open up the transmission box. Because of that, when you change flywheel oil seal might as well change all the other seals in there too. Get a mechanic who knows his stuffs.
