I feel it's so unethical.  nowadays i think those router/modem maker just swap in a new circuit board whenever handle a warranty claim, won't bother to find which part faulty (cost, time, labour matter). Maybe later would take out the main processor, ram, wireless chips then just dump the old board for recycling purpose. Yes devices, if not mistaken, still sourced from Korea Infomark. Of course they will make it proprietary to Yes. |
