guys, i just ordered cvt sv red last week
proton generous enough to give us 7 yr/250km warranty

my questions are, which following will void the warranty?

1. change rim from stock (sv stock is sadly-ugly) to alloy 16" - void
2. add full skirt, like SE - no void
3. change stock radio to touchscreen - void
4. put engine cover (sv no engine cover T_T) - no void
5. put fog lamp - depend on the wiring installation.
6. install dashcam - no void
7. or anything that could void the warranty

Just happen to discover this Saga thread recently even though I’ve been driving one since 2010!    (V12Kompressor : Please add me into the list too.. Saga BLM 1.3 manual)

Initially I decided to change my Saga for a Satria Neo after 5 years of ownership. However, due to finance constrain, I’ve decided to use partial of my car budget to enhance my Saga instead. 

I’m a total newbie with Car Modding and hope that sifu sifu sekalian can provide some comments with the modding plan I have for the car (Brand, price, durability, feasibility, etc). I’ll list the mods below and it will be done in accordance to sequence :-

1) Rubbers – was thinking of 195 or 205/50/15. Good Balance of Performance & comfort. 16inch seem to have better tyre choice thou.
2) Steel Braided Brake Lines
3) Better disc brake pads and drum brake pads – (Q : was is necessary to upgrade the brake rotor?)
4) Stroker Kit from Campro 1.6
5) Suspension – Non-adjustable, balance between performance and comfort setup.
6) 4-2-1 manifold – aim to improve power and torque between 1.5k – 3k rpm. Possible?

I hope that I could get all these mods within my budget of RM5k+-. Whatever that is DIY-able I’ll do it to save some dough (eg: Mod 2,3,5 or even 6)

If possible, i would like to ask sifu here. Can a sport rim of dimension 15inch with 8jj fit to saga without having problem of tyre expending outside?

My family give me one during my birthday. sad to say no.
