TRU is selling the alphahawk at rm140 now instead of the usual rm180?
Is this worth the price. How do u guys rate the alphahawk.
Also planning to get the rival artemis and helios when it comes out.

Anywhere to get the orange trigger retaliator and disruptor?
I hv been to Aeon and Parkson. Both are selling grey triggers.

Thanks. I bought the disruptor. They hv both orange and grey triggers but the retaliator is only grey triggers.
Going to get the modulus recon mk II instead and the x-shot turbo advance.

TRU is having some offers on selected models.
I got the Disruptor and X-Shot Turbo Advanced.
Retaliator is going for RM125.00 now but all grey triggers.

Apparently nerf is going to release retaliator v2 called the delta trooper which has slam fire. Its a cross between the retaliator and alpha trooper.
By the way, where can i still find the alpha trooper here? Seems like it has been discontinued. I kinda like the design, pump action priming, and slam fire.

I think I will hold out for the Delta Trooper for the slam fire function.
As for now I think I will get the Modulus Recon MKII. Kinda like the design. I am not a kaki mod so the retaliator's versatility is not a major point for me

By the way, is the Rival Helios going to be available in Malaysia?

Just had time to open the X-shot Turbo Advance yesterday after 2 weeks of purchasing it.
The build of the blaster is not as sturdy as Nerf's but it's not that bad. Still acceptable quality. The design is also rather simple. You can feel the difference holding a Nerf and an X-shot.
The drum magazine can hold 40 darts which is quite a lot, especially if you have to pick them up after firing the entire round. The Turbo Advance package comes with 96 darts and I suddenly find myself with a lot of spare ammo. These darts are compatible with Nerf blasters as well.
Firing power is also good and comparable to Nerf's Elite series.

All in all this is a fun blaster and with a 40-dart capacity, you will have lots of shots before having to reload.
With the promotional price of RM179.99 at TRU now, it is value for money as it is a huge @ss blaster and comes with 96 darts.

I have a Kronos too but I feel it is a little too powerful to be played in the house and the round ammo bounce around making them hard to retrieve.
Me and my son's favourite now is the X-shot Turbo Advance. It feels powerful and has 40 shots. Very satisfying to fire

Yes, I got it at TRU. The sale is still on until 16 Apr.

Retaliator clip can hold 12 darts.
But you can always buy compatible clips that can hold more darts.

Rival Helios is already at TRU. RM188.00.

For the RM20.00 difference, I would rather buy retail.
No need to wait for postage and if there is anything wrong with the item, more convenient to return/exchange.

Nerf forum very quiet lately.
Just to liven up the forum, I have just bought a Nerf Rival Hades yesterday at TRU. Initially it was RM424. Now its only RM329.
Initially wanted an Artemis, but since the Hades is just Rm30 more and hold 60 rounds (double of the Artemis), I got this instead.
Haven't played with it yet but its damn huge.
Pretty good reviews on this. Can't wait to try it out.
