battery powered blaster(flywheel) are generally less powerful in stock form compared to springers. so no such thing as powerful + batteries out of the box. you need to get into a bit of modding to get that combo.

retaliator sucks IMO . it's just cool because of the attachments(not really that good anyway). the disruptor is a way better entry level blaster. cheap and effective. 

assuming you can get it here, since it's a kohl's exclusive. alpha trooper was a target exclusive, how many have you seen here?

so yeah, it's expensive to begin with, and given it will not be mass imported to our shore, you can bet the price will be very unreasonable.
