none. you need lipos. li-ion doesn't have high enough discharge rate. while they are better than alkaline, they will take longer to rev up compared to lipo.

IMRs are better than typical li-ion, but do note a proper 14500 IMR cell don't usually comes with 1300mAH. IMR are high discharge, but low capacity. so, 600-750mAH is usually the typical range. the 1300mAH is probably fake.

of course those can't touch a small 2cell 850mAH 20C lipo.
