Agree. Disc blaster looks cooler than most dart blaster. I prefer futuristic/toy looking blaster compare to realistic ones. Thats why I loved the swarmfire design.

i hate retaliator. my alt choice would be stryfe  . really mod friendly.
retaliator is only good for the attachments.
hammershot is probably being recalled because it has been a shelf warmer for far too long.

it's only USD2 more than strongarm, so MYR 90 is still expensive for it.

on other notes, the new doomlands line seems interesting.

i'm not saying you're propagating old news(sorry if you think that). new stuff always get to our shores late. the sonic fire series probably just reached our shores, albeit it being a 2014 series.

i take back my comment. apparently there are ICE series around too. just saw ICE retaliator. MYR50 more that normal retaliator  . looks pretty cool though.

Just bought a faulty strongarm from aeon big for rm10. The trigger catch faulty, thus only slam fire works. Then i opened it up and reposition the catch,  it works fine. Really happy. Hehehe

so we can conclude, sonic fire/ice is myr50 extra than normal.

Forget about the Sonic series, they looks kinda crappy and the clear plastic is probably a lot weaker than the non-transparent 1. Anyway, went to TRU in MV just now, their inventory is kinda small, didn't see longshot, retaliator, rampage etc. I think thus far the biggest TRU I've seen and been to is the one in IPC Ikea.

Feels like buying the ECS-10 but it's too expensive lol, tho I can totally imagine that it will look real good after painting it. And by the way, is the ECS-10 a TRU exclusive at the moment? Aeon/Isetan sell the modulus expansion kit but never seen any ECS-10.

the crossfire bow sucks big time. i have 2 of them in the office and i'd take a strongarm anyday, better yet, a rough cut.
