Maxis Unifi Down? Maxis up?, Cant access certain China site

Hello~
Anyone facing problem to access some china site? (eg below), this only happen with Unifi, no problem when i switch to phone hotspot with Maxis. tried at Home and Office... http://pan.baidu.com/ http://www.kanxi123.com/ (Only website header loaded, or half page) |

yesterday noon still ok, after dinner, was going to start download some movies then suddenly... but Maxis still working fine.. thought they both using the same cable line?
