QUOTE(winstein @ Sep 7 2015, 10:42 AM) I finally gotten Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy! I have eagerly wanted this game, so it feels good to finally have it in my hands. So far it's a great ride. One observation I had with this game was that at one time places like Impulse and Kyo's Game Mart sold this game for really cheap. Why was this game sold cheaply at that time? Thanks for reading. Because when it was during release, it was very cheap at the time. After stocks were no longer available, prices would soar up for sure.

Will Japan 3DS XL work with Malaysian 3DS XL cartridge ? Previously , I have Europe 3DS and I tested with my local 3DS cartridge , it didnt work because of the PAL - NTSC region issues . Now that Japan is NTSC so does Malaysia , will these two systems able to function ? Thank you and I gratefully appreciate if someone would drop a comment This post has been edited by Cap Jones: Sep 14 2015, 11:04 AM

A simple review between 3ds, 3dsxl, n3dsxl and also 2ds.
I have sold off my 3ds, 3dsxl and n3dsxl and currently own a 2ds. If you are not into 3d, get the 2ds. The form factor is nice and because of the smaller screen size, the screen feel crisp and nicer. 3ds has the same screen but the form factor is not suitable for bigger hands. Your palms will feel sore after a while.
Get the 3dsxl if you prefer bigger screen, but the screen does not feel crisp at all and you can see the pixels. The 3d does not follow your eyes too, so go and get the n3dsxl if you want a better 3d experience and a faster processor to boot. Remember, the n3dsxl does come with either an ips or tn screen (top screen). One is slightly warmer and less saturated than the other one. You may read some articles online on this issue. N3dsxl also supports amiibo, so get it if you do not want to purchase a separate nfc reader. Unfortunately, the pixels can be seen, just like the 3dsxl.
A 2ds costs around RM500++, a 3dsxl around RM700-RM800 and a n3dsxl around RM900++.

A whole lot of them do. And a whole lot of them are fun though. You ought to run around Anime type events and you'll get a bunch of streetpasses just from that.

Installed the Haunted Mansion, haha. Btw, I'm going to play my first ever Zelda series. Which one do you reccomend to start with? - Ocarina ( they say is the best, but its so old, even the remake was 2011, I'm afraid I'll be taken aback by the graphics ) - A link between world - Majora Mask? ( Have this one actually, is it ok to start here? ) Coming from PC games, I am trying my best to overlook 3DS resolution and simplicity. This post has been edited by Vk21: Oct 6 2015, 09:46 AM

A link between world is a standalone storyline Majora Mask is somehow related to Ocarina The best is to start Ocarina. Never care about the graphics when you have a great storyline.

If you're playing for graphics, you're bound to be disappointed anyways. But if you want something that looks slightly nicer, than A Link Between Worlds no doubt. If you can score a copy of Ocarina of Time, that would be best. Then proceed with Majora's Mask.
