The Sales Gallery isn't ready yet haha. There were plenty of contractors waiting outside. You could pretend to be one and waltz right in though! I jest. Anyways, from what I could tell peering in from the outside, the ID looks nice, although that probably means very little. If you're interested or curious like me, or find yourself in the area, the showroom/sales gallery is above Salt Lick at Solaris Mont Kiara.

Food for thought though: If Sanjung@NK is going to be between Taman Prima Impian & Taman Prima Pelangi, will ABL Properties open up the blocked road and connect both townships, allowing for an alternative road to MK via Jalan Segambut? Sales agent from Prima Harmoni 2 says Brem Holdings won't be keen on opening up the blocked road as it only benefits other townships and developments. Haha hmm hmm.gif

Have you gone to actual site to recce? it's next to NSHW and i believe HTC is also nearby (based on ABD's coordinates). unless join to DPC (not sure how likely, it's hilly area ) , access will be through kampung road for now.

Yupi did try driving to the "site" but I honestly saw nothing. So I didn't post. Or maybe I was just lost haha. From the rough coordinates, which means it should be further away from villa orkid and the prima harmoni 2 developments, I think Sanjung shud be a good distance away from the Nshw. But the HTC would be a real concern! Will have to wait and see I guess.

guys see this https://goo.gl/maps/tzZ26 if you drive down that half finished road, Sanjung site is on the right side.

I'm sure NS Highway is not an issue being at least 400m away. The HTC is nearer though, closest point should be under 200m away.

the new DUKE 2 from DUKE is supposedly to be connecting this project for ease of connection too.

I heard from the staff of UEM Sunrise, Sefina will be launched on the 1st week of August.

New condo prices in North Kiara now are going at close to RM 1mil & above. Unless you're looking at smaller sizes 400sf to 600sf.

Not easy to sell million ringgit property in Mukim Segambut especially when market sentiment is weak.

Been to sales gallery very end of last year. Overall concept is quite modern and what they offer inside is nice. But more expensive than Residency harmoni 2. Completion is set in 2020 so they could be agressive only next year.
