QUOTE(mtxx @ Feb 25 2015, 07:30 AM) Your post will worry unknown new users. 05q works fine for me. Not good to spread fake news. Agree, for the most part, the one common issue with 05Q is just the slightly laggy unlock screen. Other than that are just individual phone issues. Battery life on my OPO with the 05Q is better than 44S, and MaxxAudio really do make a difference, just make sure you don't use a lousy earphones

I agree with CM11S, especially the latest one, 05Q. Battery life is excellent, and MaxxAudio is great (with earphones)..

QUOTE(Haters_Gonna_H8 @ Mar 24 2015, 11:11 AM) i find 05q quite buggy. dt2w sluggish, connection to android wear unstable, to name a few hmm, dont have a Wear device to test the connection but i agree on the sluggish d2tw.. so far 05Q works fine for me, apart from cosmetic annoyance like the laggy CM logo at boot.. i can't quantify the battery life, but i do feel it's better than 44S. cant wait to try OxygenOS though; my OPO is currently stock unrooted. QUOTE(NightFelix @ Mar 26 2015, 11:32 AM) to be honest, yes, even for my case, my limited edition Cynogemod Sandstone backcover got red stain ady Anyway, I don't mind anyway.. maybe future swap a brand new bamboo cover? lol no stain on my white OPO back cover, still looks brand new. Used the official flip case, the diztronic back case and now the orzly fusion case.. on cases, while i like the tight fit of the diztronic case, i prefer the feel of the Orzly fusion non-clear part.. Diztronic feels more rubbery.

From OnePlus Forum: QUOTE Helen said: ↑ Hi, this is Helen, Head of Mobile Product at OnePlus. My team and I have been working on OxygenOS for the past several months. It was our sincere hope to release the result of our hard work to all of you today. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet this date and we are as disappointed as you are. On behalf of myself and my team, I would like to apologize for this wait.
The ROM is fully functional and we have quite a few people in the office running it on their own devices without any issues. The delay is caused by extra quality control. We want to make sure that OxygenOS passes Google certification, that all future updates can be OTA'ed properly, and that users from all over the world are able to use OxygenOS in the language of their choice.
We know you’ve been waiting for a long time, and we owe you answers. So, until OxygenOS is officially released, we will share our progress with you. Every day, no matter how big or small the news is, this post will be updated with information in order to give you more visibility into the process. As for a release date, we will release as soon as we feel that it’s good enough for you and it will be very soon.
Most of you are probably also wondering when CM12 will be available. While we don’t have a lot of influence over CM’s release schedule nor development progress, we’ve been providing resources and scheduling test cycles to help with this last stretch. Together, we’re working to deliver CM12 to you as soon as possible.

QUOTE(mrfarhatadib89 @ Apr 5 2015, 09:41 PM) i am dwnlding the rom now but too mny bad rivew about this rom so gonna skip O2 I see it as 'too much expectations'.. on one hand, OnePlus did overhype OxygenOS (the PA developer team lineup) and underhype it (it'd be stock Android). On the other hand the users themselves set too high a bar for OOS, even though OP did mention it'd be near stock for now. Most reviews I've read/watch point to OOS being just stock Android with the complete Google apps and slight additions of the gesture shortcuts and toggles. I wouldn't say it's bad, just nothing special (for now) for us who are to used to CM or other custom ROMs. I'll wait for CM12S

QUOTE(super_evil_alien @ Apr 5 2015, 10:25 PM) IMO OnePlus did right with OxygenOS v1.0.0. As a 1st release v1.0.0 also serve as base ROM. In most case the current release runs fast with minimal bug which is good because further bugfix & functions can be added via OTA. Rather than release a ROM with bunch of functions but buggy OnePlus did smart thing. Aside from AOSP bugs there's nothing much wrong with the stock Android. Agree with you there Two things I like most about CM11S that are not in OOS (for now): 1. Themes 2. MaxxAudio/AudioFX haha

Really fed up with some forumers at the OnePlus blog; keep on spamming about the ETA for the CM12S OTA.. I'm not surprised that Kirt McMaster replied the way he did (im not a fan of his Google bashing, to be honest)..
Those forumers are truly infants. the OTA will come when it's ready, and i prefer it that way to minimise bugs.

QUOTE(demio121 @ Apr 13 2015, 09:13 AM) for us OPO owner, the past weeks been eventful. dateline announced, dateline missed. a breath of new air arrive, some of us don't like. we were expecting the new candy to arrive last week, kering kontang lagi... sabar je... wait we shall. never ask ETA... first thing we sud learn. Agree 100%.. those forumers at Oneplus forum make me shudder; it's as if they are just a bunch of emo teens with a parrot fetish. And those India users and their incessant "will india OPO get OTA" questions.. my God, I thought OPO users are at least techie enough to do Google-fu..

QUOTE(capsulr @ Apr 13 2015, 09:45 PM) i think all is the same.. over time it'll become fingerprint magnet.. the Orzly TGSP is the one i used, very smooth with rounded edges, but after 2 months it lost the antifingerprint layer.. i guess it's the same no matter the brand of TGSP you use..

QUOTE(Haters_Gonna_H8 @ Apr 14 2015, 09:24 AM) we'll reach v13 in no time with those questions i foresee the factory image will come out fast, as steve kondik did say it will be released once 50% users updated via OTA. hence, please all, OTA your OPO fast It's 2015 and we still have people asking if OPO with ColorOS, OxygenOS and CM12 Nightlies will get OTA CM12S.. *sigh*
