probably faulty. beware, DirectD sold me a 2nd hand/reused/refurbished unit. i din realized that when i got the phone with a screen protector on it. i later found the previous owners profile picture in the phone. strange as the phone suppose to have been wipe clean. not sure why.

the phone not giving me any trouble so far so i'm keeping it. getting a brand new one might not guarantee me a faulty-free phone...
