I'm using blisspop too and am getting 5 to 6 hours sot consistently with the default kernel. I think you can try reflashing the kernel and wiping cache. See if that helps.

I think have to give oxygen os some more time. They rushed the release of this rom imo just to appease everyone especially after the whole thing with cm in India. But I have a feeling it'll be a good rom in months to come as the paranoid android team continue working on it. Adding more features and ironing the bugs. Currently not worth a try though as it's really too barebones after being on cm for so long.

I flashed over to cm12s the moment someone uploaded the TWRP flashable file. Jumped over from blisspop cm12. Actually feel like quite a big difference in smoothness overall. Feels more polished compared to the other roms. Quite happy about the update
