Before anyone spams asking me to get a desktop, I do already have an incredible desktop just that I need an on the go gaming device

Anything past the equivalent of a GTX760 is pretty much overkill for WoW.
It's like driving a Lamborghini on the Federal Highway. You are not getting anywhere fast anyway, so why not drive something more modest. |
