It is not an anime. Just a skit from Kanon.

Sort of a parody, since Yuuichi's Seiyuu is originally Kyon from Suzumuiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu.

So they made a skit on the scene where Ayu hits Yuuichi, as Kyon get Hospitalised, or something like that. And named it Tsukimiya Ayu no Taikutsu.

Tsukimya Ayu is Ayu's full name in Kanon, Taikutsu can be roughly translated as "bored"
