Instead of throwing out clothes I don't wear much, I keep them in a box and look through them every once in a while. In fashion, eventually everything comes back in style and I end up going back to wearing them.

Also whenever I plan to go shopping, I avoid taking cards along and instead withdraw a specific amount of money so that I don't go over budget.

beauty tips... for healthy and nice facial skin = stay away from coffee, hot choc, confectionery esp cakes, sugar, deep fried food, santan n curry and stay away from processed food and drink lots of vege juices and eat the right food. if u want extra beautiful, eat collagen... if u can stay away from the above listed items, u will be fine.

I eat raw salad. Drink vege juices. Mum makes herbal soup to nourish body. Stay away from curry, santan, soya, processed food like biscuit, fast food, coke. I only eat cakes once a month unless special occassion. Eat laksa once a month. And mostly i eat steamed food.

wow, yo_yo, may I know how old are you?
i assume all your food is prepared by your mom.
can you really survive if one day you were out and working and staying alone by your self, and without such nourish/carefully prepared food?
I sincerely hope you can stay that way of healthy food life as long as you can, and please, do regular exercise (at least 2 time a week, at least 30 min each time)

I eat a lot of junk, anything edible, exercise (swim twice a week, each time more than 30 min) and sleep early (around 9:30 ~ 10:30 pm). I seldom fall sick and my blood test result are within the limit so for (i'm 38 now).

i stay outside flex.gif but i always try to prevent unhealthy food and eat lots of fruit - also prevent sun ray flex.gif .i sometimes slp late but i always ensure i slp at least 6 .5 hr per day flex.gif and exercise everyday .my blood is low in sugar sweat.gif
