No. If i care about graphics more then gameplay why would I get a ds instead of a PsP? I care about good games like GOW,LOZ TP and resistance. The wii doesn't have a bright future if u ask me, Metroid prime 3 won't have multiplayer, SSBB won't evemn make use of the Wii's motion sensing technology! It completely uses the GC Controller or VC controller. That means that the 360 can actually produce a better SSBB. No offence to Wii owners and Nintendo fanboys!

well, like u said, u wont admire portable consoles graphics, so u shud not include portable consoles in this topic.

and dun forget the fact that ps3 is just released around 2 months and xbox 360 had been released 1 year ago, of course xbox 360 will make greater game library but this doesnt mean that ps3 wont have great games in the future.

and well, how do u know that metroid prime 3 wont feature multiplayer? maybe they are trying to include wifi matches? and for ssbb, i think no other company can create such a good game la except nintendo. and dun forget the fact that using wiimote is not a must or else it will become like nds, companies have to include some ridiculous touch screen feature.

i personally liked the wii better... n hope that the price will go down soon... i believe that it depends on what kind of games u wish to play... n wii certainly have prioritized on gameplay... as for graphics, i'm sure one day, if they succeed with the wii, Nintendo will come out with another sequel to this console which might have better graphics...
right now, i believe that the Wiimote is cool enough to fight with other next-gen consoles... in malaysia at the moment, i think it is overpriced... however, i believe that doesn't stop anyone who preferred the Wiimote to rush for one... everywhere i go, they will ask me to order, since they are out of stock... this certainly shows that there are many demands on the wii right here in msia...
unless no. of demands go down (which i don't think they might) or Nintendo finally decide to launch it here officially, the Wii will still be overpriced... but to some, why would u wait when u really really want it... what if the price only goes down a bit after 3 months of waiting? certainly xbox 360 had better graphics, wide variety of games, but is it the same as having a Wii? it depends... if u like to swing, bowl, etc. when u play games, certainly is incomparable with handling just a controller in ur hands...
therefore, in my opinion, it is overpriced, but if i had the money, that would not stop me from having one...

its funny that people claim a game is 'not nice' because the graphic is not beautifully rendered.

but then again, different people, different taste i would say. some would prefer a super realistic racing games, whereas some of us perfer MARIO KART!

Eh as long as a game is fun, it's a good game. But would you rather have FUN+GOOD GRAPHICS(360) or FUN(WII). I pick fun AND good graphics.

good graphic is not important to me.

I agree and respect your opinion. Like I said earlier, if the Wii was 250 US Dollars here, I will definitely pick it up instead of 360. However, all people can say in the Nintendo Nsider forum about the Wii's price is--you get what you pay for. I don't like that, Nintendo should offer better online and comeon, Friend codes just suck, u know it and so do I. I know most people won't agree as most of u here are hardcore Big N fanboys. And since all the wii has is wiimote, then next years Wii 'killer app' which is super smash bros. Brawl!!! will suck since it doesn't use the Wiimote's technology.(prepares to be flamed,again )

I think one of the reasons Nintendo doesn't want to make good graphics for their consoles is because Link and Mario will look very bad if they are realistic

i guess you finally get the point.
and today's technology do not allow us to give the character expression if the character is in super realistic rendering.

just look at all the sports games.

just imagine mario appearing life like in xbox360 or ps3... every single detail of him appears on the screen..or would u rather see the mario we've seen ever since we knew him? if COD3 sucks on the wii...so be it...turn off the wii and turn on ur 360/ps3 to play it..simple as that...

SSBB in my opinion still rocks no matter how they didn't make full use of the controller.. its the fun u get while playing it with others... just try to think if u want SSBB to make full use of the wiimote..it might just look like zelda twilight princess...u just need to swing,bash,slam whatever to play ur game..how long would u last playing like that ? not to say more dumbnuts will post videos that they flung their wiimote towards their TV or someone's head while trying to throw an item in SSBB..

so just let it be...Wii will be Wii... 360 will be 360.. ps3 will be ps3.. they shall not be compared against each other... its the gaming experience u will gain from each of them..

just get a wii, a x360 and ps3 like string, kaw tim

wan graphics, on ps3, wan online, then go to x360, wan some serious workout and fun, go for wii

hehehe, hopefully if the price drops to my expectation i might get all 3 mention above, but maybe ard 2008 i suppose.....
