Dead mall as predicted before. Surrounding areas not enough population to make a 710k NLA mall survive. AEON Bukit Tinggi still performing well but they need to review the tenant list to be in line with the surrounding spending power.

super empty mall, I would estimate that only 30% of the stores are occupied. it has an interesting layout and design. would recommend to visit this mall next year because there is literally nothing

There are still quite some shoppers despite the low occupancy rates...alot of the shop still pending opening, some i saw the notice "open on Feb 2024" lol....

Situation similar to Tropicana garden when they just officially opened that time.....now Tropicana garden quite happening, though both location cannot compare la.
