RedOne is just a MVNO, so it's service quality shouldn't be extremely inferior to big three telco but their cs must sucks
*
I agree to the max. Their cs talk a lot of nonsense and not helping at all.

seems to be a very nice plan for voice. online payment only thru OCS? no cimbclicks?
*
Hmm.. Cimbclicks i'm not really sure but by rhb can because their main bank is rhb. How also remember keep the payment slip with you after payment. In case, they didn't go through the transaction you still have the evidence in hand.

do you know if in your area celcom also the same performance for data?
*
Yes, just recently they upgrading to 4g. Only applicable to 3gb and 5gb. Somehow the 3gb and 5gb prices dropped rm10. So far, no problem.

which digi plan good for data?

im using redone rm8 + 30 for 1gb data without capped..

so far so good, rural area got line, same as celcom.. for tac it is rarely missed, most of time received..

how about the new rm38 celcom promo, seems good..
*
Ah, I heard the celcom plan as well. Very tempting. But i heard on june celcom internet will be decreases to 2gb maybe is rumors. >.< The only bad for celcom is that calling the same telco is still charged.
For digi, last time was bought phone with rm88 5gb contract. Now I changed to 2gb cause I can't use all. Somehow for emergency in case the other telco upgrading or no service.

Heard of redone gonna launch prepaid, not sure when.

ok for calls only , since its free mah to call same network and free 53minutes for other network
not recomend if got internet usage
*
Hah, you got the point. Still not confidence with their internet. BUt bear in mind it's 100hours free to same network. I encountered a case of a customer did not hang up the phone for a week. Sleep, bath, walking she still on call. LOL

According to Celcom, that offer means 3GB for anyone who subscribe to 38 Plan within the promotion period and will carry on with the 3GB quota unless they terminate. Those who subscribe after the promotion period will only get 2GB.
Lousy review. Not so bright.

I just saw it on another post. Well, kinda worth to try.

do you think redone will survive long as a provider? their business plan seems like mlm
*
This one, it's hard to predict. System is one of the biggest problem. Secondly, internet not really quite stable. Thirdly, most common mobile contents. I guess it won't be as long as the 3 biggest telco in msia. Not really like mlm, just low commitment. Sometimes people scare they scam customers because where got other telco just need you to pay RM8 every month?

I was looking for RedOne agent in my area (near Balakong).. mostly said they stop being the agent..

I also registered my details online, but no one seems to bother to call me..

Can someone suggest me where is the nearest agent that I can go to register?

It's around Rm600++ or Rm700++ to become a sales advisor or do they called them sales agent. You can get other agent under you, or you can just sell get people to register under you or pay bill through you. Someone persuade me to join them. This would be better than other mlm as people always need to pay as long as they use the line. Only the ratio of effort and income need careful consideration.

So is the internet not as stable as celcom? They may use celcom but celcom maybe giving different bandwidth allocation.
*
Are you referring something like tone excel? As if someone persuade you to join, it's the channel sales from agency or channel sales manager. IMO, sales agent is like (part time) salesman for the company. Sales agent can't ask people to join, maybe intro you to agency for extra income. It's like prepaid. You bought the reload cards to sell, profit only maybe RM0.05 or something like that. When you pay bill, it's the same. Just you don't need to have a shop and sit whole day. Profit all yours, not others or the managers. Just you directly to redone. Some customers asked for commission after introducing to their friends and family. Maybe that's why sales agent is appeared.

Tone excel is someone reload, you and your introducer will got commission. Redone is different. Not siding on redone. smile.gif

If it is profitable why would they stop being agent?
*
hmm.gif IMO, joining fee is too expensive plus it is still new to the market. Most of us already have confidence on digi, maxis and celcom. Not everyone can accept new things as it's new, surely will often upgrade the system and will interrupt the signal. As for internet, not really as wide as call. Tried to report to HQ. Hope they are doing their things.

It's better to locate agency/ premier shop. They don't stop be agent easily as joining fee is FAR expensive than PNC/sales agent.

Well better  stick with celcom then. Maybe get another line for just call only if you want to call for long time with same redone user.
*
Yeap, I stick to digi and have redone as well. Redone for back up but still less use for call. haha

I don't know about tone excel.  i don't understand much about redone sales agent yet, but I think it is good, if you have lots of prospect, like if you are in university with lots of student's who wants to reload. But it cost rm700 to join. And if you are not active woth this I think will take klong time to get back your starting cost.
*
Yes, true. I saw a lot only went halfway and quit. Prepaid is better. laugh.gif

I don't think I'm willing to put much time in this, if i join as sales agent.

aybe i just register for 2 line for call between two numbers. But if redone is starting prepaid plan better wait and see if it's any good first.

Heard of prepaid gonna launch this year but not sure which month.
