In animes we can look directly at the personalities and motives of the characters, therefore we can determine for ourselves who is the good guy and who is the bad guy. Suzaku looks much more badass than Ledouche. Kinda surprised a pink haired loli (voiced by Mikuru, even) is higher ranked than him though
