He Geassed himself to forget that he was Zero so nobody suspects a thing. He also geassed Lolo to tell him to act as Zero and as his brother ....something like Mikami in Death Note. Hehehe.

This was what happened at end of season 1. Suzaku can't shoot his friend Lulu. Lulu told Lolo to show up as the REAL zero and shoot Lulu. This way Suzaku thinks Lulu was innocent and got geassed by Lolo.

Like a death note. You can't cancel a guy's name that is already written on the death note. He will die. Maybe initially u say "Guy A will be killed by Guy B" But you might wanna cancel that and say "Guy B dies by car crash in 2 minutes" but Guy A will still die by heart attack since Guy B no longer around. You can't cancel Guy A.

So same with Geass. You can't cancel your previous order by overiding the previous one. There sure must have all this plot devices to prevent plot holes.

I'm sure the writers will drop a deus ex machina and say there are ppl within Brittania who don't like the current emperor due to his power mongering. Lelouch will use this to his advantage and organise a coup de etat within the empire.
