have you guys heard about Vivian Maier? She died alone at a nursing home. Her works was only discovered in 2007, trove of films and photographs. She only shot for leisure, and no one knew about her. Her works are right up there with the legendary photographers. Check out her astonishing works !!

One of my photographer friend introduced her to me. And there is a documentary made to talk about the beginning of the discovery of this wonderful photographer.

Its called Finding Vivien Maier



Thats the camera she used, and its all in amazing Medium Format. Imagine walking around in that camera all the time..


The documentary explore the personal story and the history behind the finding of a huge stack of her works. To me, the documentary is a must watch for photography enthusiast.
