U can search for them in garage sales , it doesnt have to be from dell , any fan will work

looks like it is 9.2cm not 12cm?
i just look at the picture link in ur post #1, but i may be wrong... btw shouldn't look for foxconn brand coz OEM cpu fan will do i think. i remember my dell optiplex 780 also used AVC fan the same with hp pro 3000... |
