My father birthday coming up soon and wanna bring him go makan b'day dinner. His favorite food is fish head kari (yindian style). Gotch any suggestion for gooding fish head kari in KL/Klang Valley area that ambience also decent enough for b'day dinner?

Kampung Attap is good, Yindian style but always crowded...for lunch come before 12.
NZ Wangsa Maju is also okay.

Kg Attap - nice but seriously overpriced.

Bangsar - just behind Syed, at the corner there. Cheap, unassuming and nice fish curry.
It's just a stall but the food is good. There's fresh ayam, sotong and ikan goreng as well.

They said near kampung pandan got one really nice fish head curry. Not sure the shop name tho. But been there a few times. Not really into the fish head thing so it was a soso for me only.

restaurant name is ZK... everytime lunch the patron all park beside federal highway... last i check 1 fish head RM60.. but that was some time back..

Stay in KL donkey years oredy but never been to Tugu, dono how to go oso. Can get rm40 per fish head? I don't want to pay more cos after all eat become shit oso.

Usually we go in groups with my mates 3 set kepala with other side dishes not more than RM200. It's belakang tugu negara actually.

Try the Fish Head and the Chicken Curry at Restoran Ratha Raub (Damansara Utama, Uptown). The Beriyani is good too!

Address: 32, Jalan SS 21/35, Damansara Utama, 47400 PJ

Has to be one of the best out there! They are very famous in Raub and Gohtong Jaya. Do make a reservation. You may not be able to get a spot!
