Very nice project near nature and still toll free to and from KL City.

Personally prefer the Balinese Link Villas best, especially the corner units. Every room just feels big and well laid out.

Road to Setia Eco Templer is in the midst of upgrade and I believe the planned interchange will improve access greatly.

From what I heard, sales have been good.

Negatives to some would be it's leasehold and road might get busy at peak hours.

Went to Setia Eco Templer Open Day today to check out their first phase that just VPed!

Perhaps a good alternative to Sierramas & DPC since there's no more landed launches for both, AFAIK.

Access will improve once interchange and road upgrades are done. AFAIK, maintenance is based on land size, not build up, so it's not exorbitant for a landed property.

Not vested here but I can definitely see why every phase is selling well even in this market. laugh.gif
