Yes i can answer u here, SP did delivered what they had promise on landscape and quite impressive also. coz here originally was forest & golf course land being converted to housing. local ppl here well know this place before developing. mountain & creeks was natural thing here. additional u get monkey & snake as bonus also. Phase 1 obtained VP last few months. Developer can't do any tricks anymore to new buyers ? they can come visit & see them self here. Saw in 2 hours 3-4 family's come with SP MPV visited the re-listed super link house here.
