This is their tentative pricing according to SA. Not cfm yet. Really pricy for this area. Currently they only have model for link villa at their gallery. Anyone going pls take some pics.

my friend sent me a series of photos last month and i decided to pay a visit to the Phase 1 which just vped.. My wife and i immediately fell in love with this place !

1) The Air + Enviroment, so fresh! I am a city guy and i have NEVER feel so relax / chill in my life..

2) There are limited houses with CREEKS running 24/7 Mountain water.. The water are so clear! (I washed my hand there)

3) It's Rawang address, but so close to Jalan duta / kepong tbh.. 20 min to publika? (no jam) 20 min to kepong? (no jam)
Needless to say, i wanted a semi D unit but it was a bit over budget.. i went for the 24X80 unit (Subsale) .. Developer has 1-2 unit .. but they are bungalow... Sales staff tell me if i am willing to wait 2 more monhts they might have a few more unit due to loan rejection.. this project is build and sell thats why have loan rejection..

I will apply loan first.. if i manage to get loan, i dont mind wait 2 more months to see if there are loan rejected unit... if buy from developer i will have HOC.. Cobra snakes could be found in such environment.

Believe this place is at edge of forest, will have monkeys to contend with.

Once the cross over link bridge ready by next year & business shop lot got ppl start business there it will be perfect here

Started working day and night

They got no choice tbh, there’s existing residence nearby raise objections when they propose the bridge, relevant department has to take action. So end up delay in building the bridge lo... anyway this bridge will definitely shorten the entrance and exit way.

I see MANY house is renovating and close to completion.. definitely many ppl moving in.

I heard from other, the resident there prefer no new project at their entrance road coz too close. And for me without this bridge they had to take more risk & make a quick U turn back to selayang / KL.  And some of the resident there r exco member of MPS. Not easy to obtain approval from them since they're not agree on this project.

Project started last month, 14 months duration to complete & handover. left 13 month counting. And i guess settled with them already.
