The environment is really superb, u won’t find any similar house with such environment in Klang valley anymore.. Many owner initially bought link hse to invest, and now they change their mind and plan to move in. Words can’t justify how beautiful this place is, u just have to visit once and u will know why so many people rushing to move in!

They got no choice tbh, there’s existing residence nearby raise objections when they propose the bridge, relevant department has to take action. So end up delay in building the bridge lo... anyway this bridge will definitely shorten the entrance and exit way.

Yes i can answer u here, SP did delivered what they had promise on landscape and quite impressive also. coz here originally was forest & golf course land being converted to housing. local ppl here well know this place before developing. mountain & creeks was natural thing here. additional u get monkey & snake as bonus also. Phase 1 obtained VP last few months. Developer can't do any tricks anymore to new buyers ? they can come visit & see them self here. Saw in 2 hours 3-4 family's come with SP MPV visited the re-listed super link house here.

Just curious, why the existing residents are opposing for the bridge idea?

I heard from other, the resident there prefer no new project at their entrance road coz too close. And for me without this bridge they had to take more risk & make a quick U turn back to selayang / KL.  And some of the resident there r exco member of MPS. Not easy to obtain approval from them since they're not agree on this project.

Wah like this r? hopefully setia can calm them down and persuade them nicely lo..... hopefully can seek win-win solutions for both parties......

Project started last month, 14 months duration to complete & handover. left 13 month counting. And i guess settled with them already.

I bought a unit few months ago.. And persuaded my relative to visit this place, the wife immediately fell in love with the environment + landscape.

They are currently looking to buy a unit there. Preferable JALAN 1/9 or jalan 1/10.. This 2 has the BEST view among all.
