Yes SP provided free transport MPV for their customer & bring them in here phase 1 essex garden to view those available house for sale.

Yes agree, love this place more than my existing house nearby here also. just went moving in had to drive out to get food & shops. The SP shoplot seem like not ready to business yet.

Once the cross over link bridge ready by next year & business shop lot got ppl start business there it will be perfect here

They got no choice tbh, there’s existing residence nearby raise objections when they propose the bridge, relevant department has to take action. So end up delay in building the bridge lo... anyway this bridge will definitely shorten the entrance and exit way.

I see MANY house is renovating and close to completion.. definitely many ppl moving in.

Everyone and family has different priority; some place convenient, close to public transport/school/work place, etc as more important.

This place is not the only or last place in kv that is adjacent to forest.

Yes a bit risky to operate business there. Got many Rambo company exist & always targeted new resident lol. i guess 99 Speedmart, KK Mart, 7 eleven & mamak restaurant sure interested to throw their $$ in SP lake here.

For new resident going to move in here, if commercial area have few convenient stall & restaurants will be nice also. no need going out to Tesco or selayang.

I heard from other, the resident there prefer no new project at their entrance road coz too close. And for me without this bridge they had to take more risk & make a quick U turn back to selayang / KL. And some of the resident there r exco member of MPS. Not easy to obtain approval from them since they're not agree on this project.

Project started last month, 14 months duration to complete & handover. left 13 month counting. And i guess settled with them already.
