Well buyer have their right to put any price on it. feel like their asset more value than other ppl maybe. in term of house no, road frontage, nearby landscape. if that owner pocket full $$ he dun mine to wait longer a bit for his lucky buyer to show up lol.

Yes i can answer u here, SP did delivered what they had promise on landscape and quite impressive also. coz here originally was forest & golf course land being converted to housing. local ppl here well know this place before developing. mountain & creeks was natural thing here. additional u get monkey & snake as bonus also. Phase 1 obtained VP last few months. Developer can't do any tricks anymore to new buyers ? they can come visit & see them self here. And i heard rumors ppl said moving in by this year. House warming party SP contribute RM3k for canopy & others rental for each house. haven't go check at SP management yet, so no ideal its real or not.

I bought 1 loan rejected unit myself The environment is really superb, u won’t find any similar house with such environment in Klang valley anymore.. Many owner initially bought link hse to invest, and now they change their mind and plan to move in. Words can’t justify how beautiful this place is, u just have to visit once and u will know why so many people rushing to move in!
