Just to update u, the club house actually still own by Perangsang golf club, SP only JV the land 195 Acre with perangsang only. So the club still belong to Perangsang

Mostly buyer already know this, only some forum member here though it was included club house facility. And obviously perangsang club business not doing well here. That's why they Cut some of the golf land & JV with Sp. so that went new resident storm in it will bring some new members & surviving. Win win situation.

What i know u can try register at their SP website. And wait for your luck.

Sp only JV partial of the Perangsang golf land 195a, if u going thru show house on ur right was the future housing developments, and ur left land was golf club & it still remaining there even fully develop! U can still see inside Greek & nice grass still maintaining well.

Btw the buyer being inform next week signing SNP.

well if u walk into so called ex-perangsang club, inside there have plenty of show house units. all made from cardboard art materials. it look show house to me. lol

The Nature Greek there play important roll there, after visiting u can feel the maintain & Greeks. Ppl can imaging the beautiful view there even its sticker game or not. And saw few monkeys too. Had to install grills lol. And the info from SP Sa the left hand side golf land still operating untouchable cozy belong to others. SP only jV right land only.
