Provided architect design is practical. People don't simply spent to renovate and most renovate for purpose.

Everyone and family has different priority; some place convenient, close to public transport/school/work place, etc as more important.

This place is not the only or last place in kv that is adjacent to forest.

Quite typical of vendors behaviour. If they are not in hurry, could wait til after phase 2 is vped than ask.

Heard developer recently sold semi-d and bungalow at up to 30% cheaper than a few years ago launch price, and terrace booked by staffs were sold at 20% cheaper.
