Yeah understand not wrong to choose selayang area, i myself have 2 storeys rented out to ppl, good to stayed. nowday u may not experiences all my neighbor there facing robbery & being snatch victim except mine (touch wood) and than going to let ur kids play outside also afraid. so for me a rather choose Gated & guarded at least minimize small crime inside proper security. with nice landscape & view.

Do they SP responsible to maintaining & everythings, yes u can said so. But only see what kind of ppl staying there & how ppl attitude.. And if they dun even paid maintenance fees somehow. Dun things u can get meal for free here.

The golf & club house facility's it's not under SP Eco templer, so I think residents there need to pay or join members only can use it, how ever the pool there resident still can walk in & pay entry fees to enjoy it.

Life tough living in this country, choose landed house at nature Forrest for facing robbery & wild boar. Choose town area facing Robbery, snatch thief & busy area. Choose condo facing not much freedom & difficult to wash our own car. Hope Eco templer security carrying gun. Lol

No doubt those kiamsiap ppl can save $$ & than others, and hope those kiamsiap uncle & auntie give up their link house, so that other ppl who r willing to pay Rm500 maintenance fee to buy it.

If u really like this place ! Not much different either u spend more 100-200k next 3 yrs went they get VP and sell it to u, or u spend extra Rm100k maybe ? For phase 2 or 3. Unless u r lucky to grap 1 unit of phase 1. Good luck to you

I'm doubt the rejection 50% ? Coz buyer there queue for 16-22 hours to buy the house, and some more paid Rm10k for deposit. 10% for Down payment the rest balance 90% wait till VP only get loan, plenty of time to prepare cash.

The maintenances at Eco Templer Rm0.18, ( informed by SA) 22x80 = Rm316.80 + (GST) less than Rm400. ( not included Club House facility. And additional Rm100++ per month for 4 ppl to use the club house. (Still pending)

It's not as bad as they said Rm500! Still can optional to choose club house fees or by walk in pay to use also can. Since that not every resident using the club house facility's ! Like condo some not even touch the Gym room for decade. 0.18 for landed house I think reasonable enough. What I think.

Well if u worried about maintenance fee up better we all worried for our Malaysia currency up! Coz our daily life everything relatated & depand on it right.
