Agree, 10/90 quite impress ppl around here, attractive pricing. Coz my fren just bought 2 months ago at Selayang BBS 20x75, 2storey >20yrs old with cementery nearby freehold title for rm750-780k. And I think If I was him I will choose SP Rm850k rather than that. Just my opinion .

Life tough living in this country, choose landed house at nature Forrest for facing robbery & wild boar. Choose town area facing Robbery, snatch thief & busy area. Choose condo facing not much freedom & difficult to wash our own car. Hope Eco templer security carrying gun. Lol

Talking about maintenances fees, after Resident form up own RA should decrease, so far I haven't seen increase? And some more they have extra $$ to invest or yearly dinner to spend ! Not apply to all but as far I know few I saw at Klang valley.

If they charging resident maintenance fees Rm400-500, I don't think buyer that can afford to buy Rm850k-1mil house there stupid enough & blindly being charge lol, of course there must a reason for them to do so. That's why after 1 year developer handover to resident to form up own RA ?

If u really like this place ! Not much different either u spend more 100-200k next 3 yrs went they get VP and sell it to u, or u spend extra Rm100k maybe ? For phase 2 or 3. Unless u r lucky to grap 1 unit of phase 1. Good luck to you

Have visited showroom recently, SA told 2 phase should be launch next year! "Peranakan" concept 3-5 Storey apartment / condo surrounding existing lake nearby Rumah Selangorku area. Still pending from SP board to confirm?

It's not as bad as they said Rm500! Still can optional to choose club house fees or by walk in pay to use also can. Since that not every resident using the club house facility's ! Like condo some not even touch the Gym room for decade. 0.18 for landed house I think reasonable enough. What I think.
