The high rejection rate is only for 1st house owner or 2nd.

Non of my property friends got their loan application rejected
Anywhere all bookers or buyers got 2 yrs to apply....and most of them are yie mah kou cheh of directors and associates...

They have cash printing at homez de.

Tolls u got no choice. Rich people also got to pay.

But i mostly beh tahan those shinning supercars not paying parking meters or simply park at road side..to avoid paying parking fee....

Eco templer has mid cost apartments probably has 50% bumi allocation therefore other landed has no quota.

Same per setia alam too.

If you dun pay yr water bill, yes the mght will cut yr water.

But if you dun pay yr maintenance fee, mght cant cut off yr water.
They can block yr card access and sue you in court.

For those ppl that like to live behind cage, new modern living does scare them and they are the ones usually go to sneak at neigbours backyard.
