Well there it’s un acceptable architecture design structure for phase 1 22 x 80 type, guess room door only 24-25” wide ? Which I felt a bit small. And some washroom door too close to room entrance door.

If u like nature forest environment I can said the best in Selayang Area, But there it problem also the monkey there quite a lot. Saw a group of 10-15 monkey gathering around Bangalore. Can.t imaging went u move in & monkey all waiting at kitchen starring at u from outside ! Thinking of getting security grill netting & cost a lot, quoted whole house cost about Rm20-25k

And i heard rumors ppl said moving in by this year. House warming party SP contribute RM3k for canopy & others rental for each house. haven't go check at SP management yet, so no ideal its real or not.

For new resident going to move in here, if commercial area have few convenient stall & restaurants will be nice also. no need going out to Tesco or selayang.
