Usually when they deliver something and we're not at home they'll leave this notice paper that can be use to get my item at the post office right?

But what if they didn't give me the notice paper, but I only have tracking number, can still get my item at the post office? When I track the number at the website it says, "Unsuccessful delivery" but I didn't receive any resit or anything, can just use the tracking number?

If let say I'm too busy to collect it, will they do a second delivery trip tomorrow to my place? or I have to inform them first?

My wife faced the same problem, and apparently this is common when PosLaju doesn't have enough delivery staff. There was no 2nd or later delivery. We went to pick the package up ourselves at Poslaju Puchong last Saturday, and there was a huge crowd with... surprise, surprise, the same problem. I don't think you'll get the package anytime soon...

ok have to pick up by myself then, but this is the first time anything like this had happened to me, had receive stuff from pos laju quite a number of times already.

True, happen to me twice. I was at home all day waiting for the delivery. But they didn't come. They just change the status to unsuccessful delivery in their system. Two days they put that status. On third day, I went to pick up by myself.

My office at block E. They simply send my parcel to block J. And the stupid simply accept and keep quiet. Can I log a police report ?

I experienced this few times also, they did come to my unit, just that the postman lazy write note, they terus leave. those old postman usually like this, now mostly all orang muda, new staff postman edi, they usually will leave note now.

Sometime, they will call you, they no come yet, they maybe from another area, but you no pick up call, they terus no come, unsuccessful deliver.

LOL, everytime I buy stuff from ppl I specifically remark them to CALL me first.

POS LAJU won't call you and simply leave the receipt.

Im not sure if they will send again, but last time they put the receipt without calling (there's ppl at my house) I call their office, I talked and said they never call and requested them to send again. Waiting for 2min is also considered too long for them.

After I remark to call me first I ALWAYS received a call first (when they arrived), unlike before they just left after 2-3minutes.

For other postage just recently, I received a call ahead (in the morning).

that's the courier company/postmen own initiative..

basically seller wont even know the postmen who will send the parcel to you. So how can he instruct the postmen to call you first?

call them fucuk up side down say its an emergency parcel to receive within today.

they will arrange on next day working days right? should i call them or let them arrange deliver?

I didn't receive my parcel until I check my tracking number that I found that my parcel is failed delivery

However , I didn't receive any collect card from POS laju, and confirm I didn't receive anything from POS laju even a notification .

Did you think I still can collect my parcel at bangi POS laju with just my IC only ?

sometime is cause by the weather that you don't know~try to be patient (maximum 3 days) before complaint anything ~don't be one of those idiot Malaysian~cheers

Last time the poslaju guy called me because no one at home...i guess the delivery guy that cover your area is undeniably lazy

What I observe . .
Make sure door open in your home and not close it .
And got park a car in front the house .

If not when pos laju pass by , there will just hon hon , no people come out then cabut .

The worst case is , they didn't leave the consignment letter in our letterbox , and you need to manually keep track your parcel once the sender sent the parcel

Will they deliver the same parcel again on another date or must collect at their centre if we receive the consigment letter the first time, nobody around? Cause the collection centre very very far, I always wonder why they cant put the parcel at the nearest post office for us to collect?

Next delivery ensure got someone in your home

Prefer not to redelivery on Monday .

Prefer you request them to deliver again on wed Thurs Friday .

Monday and Tuesday is super pack ,

My parcel just out for delivery today since last Saturday the seller shipped out .

So be patient ya friend .
If urgent , go collect yourself , no choice
