trouble playing video format, please help me..

hi..
i've downloaded several movies from torrent and i face difficulties in order to play some of the video file.. I used media player, vlc, km player, real player.. but still not able to play this format.. FYI, i also have installed Xvid codec..
this video file come together with this note "
Due to encoding, only works with Windows Media Player. Open & wait 20-30 seconds.
Windows Media Player will install the required codec files.
1. Right click the video
2. Select Open With
3. Click on Windows Media Player."
i've tried this, but still not be able to play them.. is anyone know how to play these files?
