The situation like this. When using tm original router everything is ok. Evey show can watch. But when use tp link.. only tv8 and ntv7 can watch.. did this switch 4 times still like this. I even revert the firmware to older version also same..

I guess its the tp link router problem.. but im no expert.. jz drop tp link malaysia a mail today. Will also try to exchange with the shop.. hope they allow it..

Can try to check on the firmware version. If it's latest one u r using, consider to adjust the MTU size to 1400.

hey did you get the solution?

I got the same problem as you, just changed from the Dlink router, and the hypptv is not functioning.
It did on the first 4 days, then suddenly it shows no signal.
but when I tryied the old router, hypptv works perfectly again. :/

already updated to:
3.15.30 Build 140912 Rel.66929n

still the same. sweat.gif

Oh actually, I just managed to solve the problem 2 hours ago.

1st, tried to sized down the MTU value doesn't work. In fact, I raised the MTU value to 1492 and disable the IGMP Proxy on the LAN setup. (I did this after refer back to the stock Dlink router configuration)

But what really the problem was, I put a little bit more force of the cable and wag it up and down in the LAN 1 port and suddenly the connection become clear for all channel sweat.gif sweat.gif

I didn't know if your problem is the same as mine, but I did notice the port was a bit loose whatever cable I use tho.

have you tried checking the cable properly? maybe try forcing a bit more on the cable at both end.

My HyppTV still working up till now without problem tho.

I did nothing else with the router except using the latest firmware available on the Malaysia site.

It works for me too, it just need some transition time to meet with a new friend, just leave it running there for couple hours and some restarts on HyypTV box despite some black screens, hangs and signal errors. Works fine afterwards.

Anyway, I know this is a late comment, but it might useful for viewers wink.gif

Thanks to CheaTeRz & apexi78. rclxms.gif
