You can try PROLiNK PUH301 USB 3.0 4-Port Super-Speed Mini Hub 5Gbps. Price at RM65- RM80.Have 4 usb hub, claim can power up to 4 external HDD.
But I test myself only can power 3 hdd or any device at the same time (stable, no non sense sudden disconnect).
Tried 4 connection, but not stable. Always disconnect...I think due to lack of power.
