I think timing is also an issue. Many are expecting bad times to stay for the next couple of years. Purchasers are extremely cautious. Job security, rising interest rate etc are some of our concerns. Again this is an opportune time to pick up some reasonably priced commercial projects at greenfield area as by the time they are completed, hopefully economy will recovery. BJ is proven thus developer is pricing in the premium like DPC's Acadia. Upside will be lesser than greenfield but again greenfield whilst upside is more, risk is also more especially commercial. All the best to those buying. I am giving it a pass. Wonder if developer is absorbing the GST. Forgotten to ask when I was there yesterday.
