I think when we decided to build a new stadium back then, both the BODs and Wenger knew and agreed that we wouldn't be able to compete. So, surely they're willing to wait.
As for Wenger, if he ever wanted an instant success, he would've been gone long ago, to Madrid, PSG etc..

I don't know man, had we stay at Highbury we might taste a more success in last 10 years or so compared to what we actually achieved right now, but I don't think we can afford  top tier players like Özil/ Sanchez. Maybe we are stuck with rvp/nasri/ade/kolo. Cesc would've still gone I think because of his DNA.

All in all, I'm glad with what the club had done. We are in much better shape and also have the financial power to compete with other top clubs now. And also with FFP comes into effect, that will also play to our advantage compared to clubs that are funded by their daddy.

The issue concerning the incident which involves both Barnes and Matic is one that concerns not just Chelsea but BPL football in general. If you look closely the posts are discussions mainly focusing on the incident and not on any plastic club est. since 2003 or Burnley for that matter. Just so happens the incident happened involving Chelsea and Burnley players.

It's really a hard choice...I have watched most Arsenal recent game and the fans really like Ospina,they shout Ospina name when he is goal kicking,especially on the emirates,I don't think they do that when szchesny took a goal kick

I am glad the players are comfortable with our first choice Goal Keeper now,but Szczesny played 1st team and defended Arsenal's goal for 4 years++,he do deserve some credit,besides he's still a Arsenal player and haven't betrayed Arsenal like some other players...so be cool with him people

I really don't understand why some people here have to fell offended when supporter from other club put a comment here. I can understand if they only put negative/insult comments about Arsenal but not all of them like that. As an Arsenal fan i don't mind you at all. This is public forum after all and all people are welcome to put a comment. If they have prob with you or others they should report it to mod instead. Such a childish behavior i must say.
