funny how less than half a year ago most people (even own fans) doubted if we can finish top four. fast forward a couple of months, we are challenging for the title. laugh.gif

u know to ask them to lose 4 out of last 8 matches (where they only lost 2 out of 30 matches) is little bit to ask for right? laugh.gif

Next in the line for Arsenal is Jon Toral. Would be a perfect replacement for Wilshere

so now the title is Chelsea's to lose..
if chelsea win next game.. 10 points different with 7 games to go..
mathematically they are the winner..

so we just need to win as much as we can in our remaining games..

Relax guys.. Please don't put too much hope on overtaking chelsea..

I've tried to calculate top four max points by end of this season. (please don't bash me ya, this is my personal prediction only, could go totally wrong):

NOTE: Worst case scenario only

Chelsea:
vs QPR (A) = Win
vs Man Utd (H) = Draw
vs Arsenal (A) = Draw
vs Leicester (A) = Win
vs Crystal Palace (H) = Win
vs Liverpool (H) = Win
vs West Brom (A) = Draw
vs Sunderland (H) = Win
Max Points = 70 + 18 = 88pts

Arsenal:
vs Burnley (A) = Win
vs Chelsea (H) = Draw
vs Hull City (A) = Draw
vs Swansea (H) = Win
vs Man Utd (A) = Lose
vs Sunderland (H) = Win
vs West Brom (H) = Win
Max Points = 63 + 14 = 77pts

Man Utd:
vs Man City (H) = Draw
vs Chelsea (A) = Lose
vs Everton (A) = Draw
vs West Brom (H) = Win
vs Crystal Palace (A) = Win
vs Arsenal (H) = Win
vs Hull City (A) = Win
Max Points = 62 + 14 = 76pts

Man City:
vs Man Utd (A) = Draw
vs West Ham (H) = Win
vs Aston Villa (H) = Win
vs Spurs (A) = Draw
vs QPR (H) = Win
vs Swansea (A) = Win
vs Sunderland (H) = Win
Max Points = 61 + 17 = 78pts

End of the season table:

1. Chelsea = 88pts
2. Man City = 78pts
3. Arsenal = 77pts
4. Man Utd = 76pts

Haha how about that? rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxs0.gif icon_rolleyes.gif cheers.gif

Going to the final day of the season,

Arsenal had won all the remaining games.
Chelsea lost to Man U, Arsenal and Liverpool but won all of their other games.
Meaning, Arsenal is at that point only 1 point behind Chelsea..

Sunderland is fighting for their survival while West Brom is already safe...

so what will happen next? Use your imaginaaaatioooonn brows.gif

yes second place is the most realistic target but not an excuse for not challenging chelsea till the end.
